Members can make multiple referrals and be rewarded each time with no limit to how many rewards they may receive over the duration of their membership.

In the case of multiple referrals. No more than the maximum value of your membership to be credited in any given month on DD payments.

Referring members may choose the reward that best suits them. In the case of making multiple successful referrals, they can choose a combination of the rewards available.

Membership credit to be given on payment to be made on soonest possible DD date once the new member has completed their 14 day money back guarantee and has made their first payment.

Annual payers will have 14 days added to their membership for each referral given.

Memberships included for referral rewards will be all memberships for joiners 16 years and over. Bouldering wall memberships adult or junior will not be included in the member referral programme. The memberships included or excluded may be reviewed in the future and communicated to members before being implemented.

A referral reward will be given to current live members or members who are on *freeze for introducing new members who are 16 years old and over. A referral will be counted when the referral is made prior to the new member joining. This means any members making a referral recommendation after a new members has already signed up will not be rewarded.

*Members on freeze will have their rewards applied when they start using the club again.

Referrals can be made

in person ( you bring a new member in to join with you)

When a prospective member comes in to join and credits their friend with recommending them to join the club.

By sharing and using the unique referral code

By recommending a friend verbally, scanning the referral QR code and sharing their friends details or completing a referral form prior to their friend joining.

Most important point- For referrals to be credit there has to be a trail back to the referring member. A Referral will NOT be given or received before new member joins
